Shipping Policy
1. Order processing time
Orders placed on Dermglide.com are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in exceptional periods such as holidays, peak demand, product launches, stock delays, or force majeure events.
Processing times do not include shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping destinations
Dermglide.com may ship to selected countries and regions as made available during checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that location.
3. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, local conditions, and seasonal demand.
Typical delivery estimates may range from 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping fees
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees at any time.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and/or tracking information by email after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier and country.
6. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address information, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our direct control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating packages and opening carrier claims when appropriate.
Dermglide.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, address issues, force majeure events, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may not automatically qualify as lost. Customers should first verify with household members, neighbors, building reception, local post offices, or carriers.
9. Split shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock location, product type, weight, or fulfillment logistics. In such cases, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
